Volunteer Application

If you are planning to volunteer in any capacity for the 2012 season (spring and/or fall), please complete the 2012 Little League Volunteer Application. Softball volunteers must also complete this form. If you are attending the January 28 in-person registration, please bring the completed form and your driver's license with you to the session. If you are not attending, mail the completed form, along with a copy of your driver's license, to:
